Summary of Membership Types
This membership provides full access to the facility, all amenities, and choice of any open workspace on the first floor. You can work as much or as little as you want in the office and use all the services and amenities provided as much as you want (within reason of course). Please be aware that space is available as first come first serve basis. We will let you know when the office is closed for reserved events or 10thread workshops.
-To obtain keys/codes to the building & office, we will be in contact with you.
-There are locked restrooms located down the hall from our door. These are kept locked at all times in order to ensure only tenants of the building have access. The keys are inside the office hanging on a hook next to the door.
-The exterior building door(s) must remain locked and shut at all times. Please ensure the door closes and latches before leaving.
-If you are the last person to leave the office, please turn off all lights (including hallway lights) before leaving.
-To reserve a block of time for the conference room, a sign-up sheet is posted in the copy nook.
-The Wifi information has changed, you’ll find the credentials also posted in the copy nook.
-The Open Space for members is located on the first floor. The upstairs loft is for 10thread staff use only.

-Copy Nook with Canon ImageRunner printer/copy machine, All-In-One printer, power stapler, and other miscellaneous office supplies*

*Miscellaneous office supplies will be replenished at the discretion of 10thread staff. Members are welcome to add their own equipment (to be shared with other members) to the Copy Nook. Just send the 10thread staff a message detailing the addition.
**Members must book their desired time-slot for the Conference Room using the schedule sheet located in the copy nook.
Use of Service
Services are being provided by 10thread acting by and through 10thread.
Acceptance of Terms – Completion of this application form acknowledges the acceptance of the Use of Service and/or the Acceptable Use Policy by the applicant.
Quiet Enjoyment – All members and guests have the right to quiet enjoyment and any
behavior that breaches this will not be condoned. Please be considerate of others in the office. Mean Mug Coffee (next door) periodically holds musical events after normal business hours, we apologize if this interrupts your work.
Open Environment – This is an open office shared by many different peoples and
organizations. Anything said should be expected to be heard by others.
Internet/Network Usage – Access to the network is for members only, any devices not belonging to a member is not authorized for connection to our Wifi or Ethernet ports. Guests of members may use the Wifi for the duration of their visit. While our ISP is consistent in quality, we can not control potential outages. If an outage occurs and a 10thread staff member is not on location, please contact us.
Conference Room Usage – The conference room can be used by any member. This is based
on reasonable usage by each member. If any room needs to be booked for more than 2
hours at a time, please request this through 10thread staff for approval. This is to ensure that these rooms can be used by others at 10thread. The conference room is equipped with a mounted TV, Apple TV and remote, and TV remote control.
Liability – All members and guests are responsible for their own belongings and actions. 10thread is not liable for any theft or damage of personal property. Just treat it like any other office, be respectful. Should any action or inaction cause damage or cost to 10thread then that cost will be levied to that member or members.
No Pets or Bikes – Pets are not allowed inside any of the 10thread locations without prior permission from 10thread staff. Bikes are not allowed indoors and can be locked outside.
Guests – Any guest must be accompanied by a member at all times. The inviting member will be responsible for their guests actions at all times.
Members Database – This is maintained by 10thread and has all the details provided by
the members for use by 10thread staff only for official business purposes. Member information will not be made available to the public and any sensitive payment information is not stored in our databases.
Access – Your keys will be given to you upon successful sign-up through the 10thread.com website. The front door to the office will always be locked if a staff member is not present. Please ensure that the front door is shut and locked when you enter and leave.
Renewal and Termination – Membership is a privilege not a right, gross misconduct
can result in immediate termination. 10thread’s standard membership renewal is automatic. Member’s can terminate their membership at any time through the Member Portal on 10thread.com. As soon as your code is deactivated, you will be pro-rated for the remaining days left in your billing cycle.
Invoicing and Payment – The member is automatically billed monthly based on the date of sign-up. Payment is required on that date for that period. Removing your billing information will result in your access code being deactivated upon the next billing date and membership cancelled until payment has been received.
Students — Students with a current school ID can receive 20% the monthly rate of the Open Desk membership plan. Please contact us for more information.
Changes to this Agreement – Changes to this agreement can be made by 10thread staff at any time. These will be emailed to all members and placed on the website.
